"Beware of Fake Distributors!"
An article to let you know how The Wholesale Advantage is dIfferent then other drop-shippers.

When you're just starting out, unless you have a huge budget or some major investors, you've got to watch ALL the little things.

There are many companies floating around out there that claim to be distributors that aren't what they seem! A true distributor is just that. They get a product or products and distribute it. These guys are normally the ones who can work up a successful drop ship service and sell you the product at a low enough cost that enables you to make a profit.

One of the biggest mistakes you can make is to get caught up in the idea of drop shipping and forget about profit. If you find a company selling a hot product and you don't have to put your hands
on it, you've got it made!

Or do you?

If the product is priced to high, you won't make sales and it doesn't really matter whether you could have drop shipped it or not! What you see more and more of are companies that claim to be a distributor. They have all the signs your searching for! They have a hot product(s) and offer to drop ship them for you. The only problem is the price you have to pay! If the price is to high, you
have very little chance of success using this product.

What happens is many companies have taken advantage of the the concept of drop shipping. They are buying products from true distributors (who drop ship for them mind you!) and mark up the price for you. In a nutshell, they are a middle man who has done nothing but catch you before you could find the real distributor of the same product! They are only drop shipping themselves. This isn't illegal but what it does is eat away at your final profit margin!

The main thing to look for is price. When you find a product you're interested in, do some research and see what the retail price is or find others selling the same product and see what they are
charging. (You can see this happen all the time at ebay!) Keep in mind that at worst, you can get away selling the product at actual retail, granted you have some great marketing working for you! Otherwise, you will waste valuable time and money.

I hope this was insightful! Please understand that I put a good bit of work into these articles and they are not meant to be just good reading or nice to know info. Each article I write has great
significance to how this business works so I want you to take each of them to heart. Some of my articles have actually saved my members from making huge financial mistakes in this business!

Thanks!
